If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept an exchange or return on regular stock items. Simply contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for instructions on how to initiate an exchange or return.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. As all items are made to order, a 10% restocking fee applies to all returns except when returns are due to a mistake on our part or the items were damaged during shipping, in which case you will be fully refunded.
Personalised, custom-designed, discounted and sales items cannot be returned and are non-refundable. All deposits and shipping charges are entirely non-refundable.
Buyers pay for return shipping with mandatory tracking and insurance. Packages “refused”, “returned to sender” or sent back to us without prior notice will not be refunded.
